Its been a few years since I started studying diet and cholesterol and heart disease. I have been focused on the LDL pattern (particle size) and have largely ignored LDL-P (particle count). This blog series explains why doctors are concerned by high LDL-P numbers. Its a long, technical read, but worthwhile. eatingacademy.com He also discusses his diet over the years.
