Most average consumers I talk with say that the computer is way to complicated they just want to operate the system not play around with software or hardware installation ,system instability, and too many upgrades. They just want to use the computer like most every other appliance they own. What's the problem with MS why haven't they listened to the consumers? I'll answer that one. They have a monopoly so why listen to the consumer. What industry do you know of that can lock up consumers to either upgrade every year or be left behind? A industry that has a monopoly. I am hoping things will change when MS loses their monopoly in the future. So you can cry if you want to but the DOJ is moving in the right direction. As they say no pain no gain. JMHO Mike
