A SPECIAL INVESTIGATIVE REPORT by Major Glenn MacDonald, Editor of MilitaryCorruption.com revealed an American “Dreyfus Affair” taking place in the U.S. Army as Major Erik Burris is railroaded by his former JAG colleagues.

Major MacDonald writes of:

If a tree falls in the forest at midnight, who is there to hear it happen? That’s an unwritten axiom from the public affairs office handbook.

When the Army PAO at Fort Bragg released a terse statement to the media at the conclusion of MAJ Erik Burris’ recent court-martial that the former JAG prosecutor had been found guilty of rape and sentenced to 20 years in prison, they deliberately and deceitfully left out one very important fact.

The JAGs own female investigative officer – LTC Jessica Halling – not only found the major’s accuser – his estranged wife – was “untruthful” and “embellished” her charges, but recommended at the Article 32 (preliminary) hearing that the case NOT proceed to court-martial.

Here is a sample of what she wrote:

“My assessment is that Ms. Burris’ allegations . . . her statements to the CID . . . were driven by a combination of motives. The evidence in the case files and testimony suggests she embellished and made untruthful and/or inconsistent claims . . . her displayed emotion . . . didn’t appear genuine . . . I am left with no other alternative but that Ms. Burris is fabricating her...
