Those failing hospitals are all in states which did not
adopt the Medicaid expansion. That is why they are failing.


How idiotic was that? It's not as if it saves them any money, since the Feds pay for it.! AS you can see, the right wingnut governors have blame-shifted to Obama and Obamacare.
