If your "expert opinion" includes a prejudice against doctors in rural areas, then I have to question a legal system that allows you to serve as an "expert witness."

Lawyers love these "legal pimps" that testify against their own, just for a few bucks. They can't make it on their own, and the lawyers know it, so they use these "pimps" to go after the big money from the MD's and qualified doctors and specialists that do make the big money and make the hard choices.
