UPDATE ON CORTEC'S APPLICATION IN KENYA'S HIGH COURT

Further to Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp.'s press release of Aug. 27, 2013, about Cortec Mining Kenya Ltd.'s (Pacific Wildcat indirect 70-per-cent interest) filing of an application in Kenya's High Court, and press releases of Oct. 15, 2013, Nov. 13, 2013, Dec. 18, 2013, Jan. 20, 2014, Feb. 19, 2014, March 24, 2014, June 26, 2014, Oct. 24, 2014, Nov. 13, 2014, Dec. 15, 2014, and March 6, 2015, providing updates on Cortec's application in Kenya's High Court, the company's Kenyan advocates have advised that the judgment in this matter will be handed down on Friday, March 20, 2015.

The company will provide further details when any material matter arises from this hearing.
