The (Civilian) Labor Force Participation Rate is defined by the BLS as all people 16+ who are employed.

You would be excluded from this statistic at age 65 only if that is the year you died. Don't embarrass yourself.

This statistic rose between 1967 and 1989 when the Baby Boom went to work and more women entered the Labor Force. It has been declining since 1998 as the Baby Boom is becoming elderly - and will continue falling until 2029, when many of them will be dead. If you're 92 years old and not working, you're one of the lazy non-participants in the declining (Civilian) Labor Force Participation Rate.

Republicans say we need a really strong leader like Vladimir Putin who will reduce Social Security to $67 a month to fix "our entitlement problem".

You can find a couple of self-edited webpages on the internet where trolls have provided their own very different definition, but they don't provide their own different statistics.
