Jeff I would if I hadn't lost so much money this year in Ascend and 3Com because I believed management in both cases. This year really served to reinforce the lesson that if you can't trust management to shot straight with shreholders and analysts the stocks will be punished. I generally believe that shareholder suits are a horrible waste of time and resourdces however if I have ever seen a good one it is either 3com or Ascend this year. management in both cases has conducted themselves in ways that are cetainly open to questions.
