Good points:

Entry or exit is dependent on the person's mindset. the smart thing to do When you enter a trade is to set down what conditions must exist for you to exit. I bet your conditions aren't the same as mine. We may differ in timeframes, goals, and etc.

The real problem with using funnymentals to buy and sell, you have no objective entry or sell point. TA provides that specfic entry/exit point but you have to follow the system. Emotions take over; the fear of taking a loss is the biggest hurdle to overcome.
