There is a view and I believe it is credible that the shipping industry has been vastly over built.

THESE ARE LONG TERM PROJECTS AND EVERY ONE TWO YEARS AGO BELIEVED CHINA WAS GROWING FOR EVER.

The Baltic Dry Index is showing that Asian ship builders have created their own excess capacity and ship bubble.

The only bubble not out there is In the chip business.

Sadly chip builders have duked it out so hard, so long, that the only ones standing are the efficient and will not destroy the rational allocation of assets that other fools in other sectors are now learning about.

Rotation = the essence of a bull market.

China stopping their continuing over production will create many hardships and in the long run add to the stable long term growth of global commerce.

In between they have some pain to deal with.

Sectors will be killed and then a recovery.
