Yes, you'd probably get some inflation, but the main thing you would get would be wage compression.
No you won't. Like most liberal economic policies, you'll end up hurting the middle class, and the rich will continue to get richer.

Like I said, Seattle is driving out the small businesses and forcing the ones that remain to cut costs. Despite what the libtards like to think, these small businesses are not sitting on mountains of cash. Meanwhile, the rich businesses will just factor the higher cost of labor into whatever formulas they use to determine headcount, pricing, etc.
Um, you do know that slippery slope arguments are considered to be intellectually dishonest like straw man arguments are?
The point is that no one can define what a "living wage" is.

You want to make $15/hour working at a fast food joint? Fine, I want to make $300K/year playing video games for a living.

How much value are you actually creating? Not $15/hour worth.
