Amen. The only things more worthless to investors than the rantings of the anti-Microsoft contingency are the ravings of the pro-Microsoft group (unless they include a good link).

Long-term, does anybody think Microsoft's market value will be dramatically negatively impacted by the current legal problems? Won't they still be able to do well selling NT, Win-whatever, applications, games, unthought of stuff, and maybe even browsers even if their power over the OEM's is curtailed? Won't they still get a meaningful share of the potential internet pie? What happens to shareholder value if they get broken up?

Certainly the income stream will be reduced somewhat, but how significant might this be?

Just asking.
