Doesn't mean that justifies forcing people to buy something they don't want.

So if they can afford it and don't buy it everyone else is on the hook...this is the position of the self reliant conservative? Or they can't afford it and so let them go without it, such that many of them go to the ER in crises, or even suffer premature death? Really?

But it does point out the hidden cost of laws that force hospitals to treat the uninsured.

What are the alternatives?
