With the book value of $10.44 and second-class x86 technology, INTC has a LONG LONG way to fall. BUY LOW SELL HIGH should be right with any stock. INTC should not be treated differently. At 60+, INTC is overpriced by 50. At the current price, it is good to SELL HIGH. Buy it low when it crashes to low 20s.
