Bob/Efram Your interpretation on "wash sale" thirty day rule for same stock is correct. This is one reason that tax loss selling may slow down now for certain stocks, if a bump is expected in a stock at the beginning of the year. If not, on other stocks the selling can continue to the end of the month. Mike
