I'd like to recommend everyone check out Anadigics (ANAD). IMHO they have a very good turnaround strategy in place and the past couple of quarters seem to indicate it's working. anadigics.com Not so funny story about one of ANAD's old competitors SWKS (previously AHAA). At one time I held 110k shares of SWKS but sold it WAY too soon. Would now be worth $11 Million if I'd held it! (BIG sigh) ANAD, RFMD, SWKS and TQNT were all duking it out in the cellular market, SWKS/AVGO/QRVO won and ANAD lost, but I believe they now have a good strategy that avoids the big guys and leverages their strengths. Do your own diligence on the site above and make your own decisions.
