I think Sonoma Co and Ukiah will be OK for 2 (Russian River on the chart), and Willits and the 2 small associated districts are OK at the moment. Laytonville uses ground water, which is still OK. Here's a lot of the rest of the state, but it doesn't include the Santa Clara Co. reservoirs.

So you're doing better than last year, but not as good as the 10 year average which was not such a great decade for rainfall.
