Steve...I keep re-reading the report and find things I missed... Like in the Venezuelan Investment Overview section...it states that "Foreign Investors are guaranteed the right to repatriate 100% of profits and capital, including the proceeds from the sale of shares or liquidation of the company...etc..." This is extremely important and it is nice to see it in writing as before I only assumed it to be the case...now it is known fact... I'm thinking you'll be saying "good move" in 6 mo. too
