thanks...as a final thought for now, originally, my "PSYCLE sm" was predicated on "longer bases" forming, after big drops...I did great for years, buying those issues....but, in the last year or two, fewer great, depressed bases have existed (and more "exhaustion V bottoms"), shorter bases, and, often, later in the year, so, please realize, that, with the "depressed Techs", like UTR, they may still end up forming slightly longer bases anyway, i.e., like KMAG, SGI. (not great, but check their 1-year charts), vs. "EVB's of only a few days' duration"....hope this is clear....the idea is to master the PSY-chological patterns and technical patterns, and perhaps try to ignore 95 % of all fundamentals, at extremes, after big rises/drops....best wishes for holiday to all...

p.s. if you like my output, you might e-mail jeff@techstocks, and tell him so....he owns S.I., and he has suggested that I have a more formal, larger forum for my output....just trying to be of service....
