We send them about the same amount that Obama stole and gave to the health insurance companies as hush money this year. And we gave it to them to allow them to defend themselves against Arab aggressors who want them dead. And we get as much vale back, in the form of technology, as we put into it.

Out of all the foreign aid expenditures easily the most sensible and worthwhile.
