I'm not sure equities get hit in our lifetime as the Fed IMO can't raise rates, they can talk all they want but that bus left the station around 5 years ago. Stock buybacks, WS models HFT, Quants, all point toward the 45 degree angle trajectory that stocks are embarked on. Strong Dollar, weak dollar, higher oil price lower oil price, BLS and government numbers bullish or bearish and the beat goes on...... History will ponder the policies the U.S has embarked on since 1987 as a total failure and wonder what the heck were we thinking. -nfg-
