There is no evidence it has either cut costs or materially improved health care or even significantly expanded coverage.

What it did do was to divert a layer of tax revenue, trillions of dollars, to a newly formed black hole for tax dollars without providing any meaningful benefit to the masses.

Chalk one up for liberal nutjobs.
