You quite clearly don't know what you're talking about.

When my plan was cancelled last year due to Obamacare, this was in the cancellation letter:

"As of 1/1/2014 the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as Obamacare, requires carriers that market to small businesses and individuals must include ten essential health benefits (EHB). One of the ten EHB is pediatric dental benefits. As a result, you must have EHB Pediatric Dental Coverage to buy your health insurance. Please review the new packages and options."
