theburningplatform.com I had to call wells fargo 3 times today to get back bank statements that were vanished from online after i closed a probate acct 1st guy very nice waived fees because he understood not my fault WF vanished files online, he then immediately emailed me the wrong months of statements 2nd rep was black lady... got into it with me right way and wanted to charge me $35 for the correct statements. I asked for supervisor then gave up after being on hold too long. She did not want to hear that 1st guy waived fees. She maintained it was impossible. 3rd guy was like the 1st guy and he said the older statements need to be faxed or snail mail (my choice) waived $35 because not my fault I'm thinking there is a race/sex war going on in USA -g-
