I don't know the legalities of this issue, but it is undisputed that Cruz was born in Canada. Does that disqualify him?

The Constitution requires a President to be a 'natural born' citizen. I don't think that term is defined anywhere. My guess is that the Founders intended a naturalized citizen to be excluded but one whose rights to citizenship derive from his parents is not, even if he is born outside the US. But that's a simple WAG.
