LOS ANGELES, March 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- AVT, Inc. (OTC Markets: AVTC) (www.autoretail.com), a leading manufacturer of automated retailing systems and custom vending machines, announced today that they have placed one of their Next Generation UShop Automated Retailing Centers in a major Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. This is the second unit from AVT installed in this prestigious property.
The machine was specially designed to service the hotel and casino employees, and it has been curated with merchandise specially selected for their needs. Here, employees can get products that can help them get through the day, such as medicines, sports drinks, water, vitamins, personal hygiene items, and healthy snacks. The machine is also stocked with items not typically found in a vending machine, including gifts, birthday cards, ear buds, phone chargers, socks and more.
The Next Gen System also includes a refrigerated section that keeps cool items at optimum temperatures.
The system features AVT's patented technologies, and gives the consumer detailed information for each product on a large, high definition touch screen panel. The system is also connected to an online store, so consumers have the ability to shop an array of interesting items for immediate shipment.

The UShop unit was placed in a $3.9 billion hotel that opened in 2010, and features 2,995 rooms. In 2013, the hotel was rated "The Best Hotel in the World" by Gogobot. In 2015, the resort was named to the Conde Nast Traveller Gold List as one of the "Top Hotels in the World."
