It is "free". No one is paying for it. It just happens.

They think it falls out of the sky.

Al doesn't understand why some of us might have an issue with having to pay for his wife's preventive care. After all, he has a 5000 s/f home plus a beach house, and I'm stuck in the country in my 2400 s/f old run down house on a few acres. He's got the beach front.

Why SHOULDN'T us "little people" pay for his health insurance. Never mind that Obamacare drove MY health insurance up by 40 percent last year to more than $20K/year.
