The analyst is Ralph Acampora(sp?). He is a big bull, and predicted a Dow 9000 by mid-1998. However, he is not saying any of the "sky is falling" stuff -- at least not today. He now thinks that the 9000 target will be reached by mid-1999 instead.

Just like your target of 60 or 70 for LSI by Jan 1998. You would extend your time-frame for that target by one year too, wouldn't you? Now, does it make you a con-artist too? :-) I don't think so!
