What I don't get is the almost complete lack of anger over the public video of Oct 24th 2013 (Commodities Dig) when the CEO stated that we had 3-4 years of cash left in the bank at that moment in time. Less than a year and a half later we were almost completely out of cash desperately waiting for a government rebate to stay afloat.

How can a statement like that be made in the public domain without any repercussions? Oh yes, I know...57% insider control, that's how
