I stated this a long time ago. I am of the opinion that the land claims, port reservations and pretty much everything else was done at the asking of Teck to keep under the radar. What the hell good did a port reservation do for CUU or land claims they gave to Teck?
So far it's like my example and opinion below:
Hey! lets spend 80 million dollars of investors money, give it back to Teck for 20 million, then go on a drunken binge and blow our load on Carmax, sober up for the tax return and... now we sit.
How else can you describe it?
