Rainer, Niko, and everybody. Looking for provable facts in your posts definitely favors Niko. Rainer states "Why is ZMAX not yet fully registered?". Zmax is fully registered with the SEC. Prove this by visting Edgar's or the SEC's web sites. Rainer, you need to start verifying or detailing your accusations. I do disagree with Niko's tone, but I cant find any statements which cannot be proven. Rainer's posts are dotted with statements which are contradicted by a little research or cannot be researched at all.

Anyone interested in making their own judgement should just read rd and niko posts. JJMM
