A very horrible act. I can understand the pressures that lead to suicide. What I don't understand is the need to take others with you.

Well the CEO of Germanwings is saying that suicide may not be the right word. Murder may be more appropriate. I thought airlines had instituted a policy so that when a pilot steps out of the cockpit, a flight attendant steps in until the pilot gets back. If Germanwings doesn't have that policy, they need to adopt one......or something similar.
