To license or go it alone?

To go it alone in this battery biz requires $ Billions in equipment. And by and large, the existing equipment is in place and available now at existing factories.

To license requires a MAJOR advancement that everyone now in the biz requires to remain competitive.

NNO is going the license route - all that remains to be seen is whether they have a MAJOR advancement everyone wants and needs.
