In modern times man made deserts are being reclaimed. Lush forests and crops are spreading across what was once waste land, thanks to the efforts of people committed to sustainable development in poor regions of the world. At the same time human beings are spoiling clean areas due to unscrupulous practices and wasteful adulteration.

If not for political interests and the economic corruption of scholarly efforts, genuine faith based groups and scientific purists would all be on the same page. Corruption and/or restoration of environments are largely under the dominion of human beings... it's scriptural and it's scientifically verifiable.
