Hola, Acton! Welcome back! The paperwork for the Lite Access (LA) deal is with the Exchange so timing is out of management's hands as the paperwork goes back and forth. I expect a close in 2-6 weeks (6 weeks being at the very long range), depending on how quickly all details of the transaction are ironed out and the Exchange's analyst jobs are justified. :) This is a great opportunity for Brisio shareholders.
