Perhaps they have polled their "Beta Users Group" (aka: BUG) for the appropriate solution?

Then, they can discuss how to implement the "enhancement".

Then, they can implement it.

After which they will go through an intensive Quality Assurance cycle with users on *all* platforms.

So, be patient.

Good things come to those who wait.

Kind'a like that spinning clock I *still* get occasionally.
