a. Stewart, on VOCLF, there are several different ways to plot further upward movement once a gap occurs....One way is to measure the distance the stock moved upward before the gap....Then add that amount to the end of the gap to see where the stock should pull back....Another way is to use Gann-Retracement indicators, which are my favorite indicators to help plot resistance areas on the upside....
Finally, if this is not virgin territory, you can look for high volume areas on the upside, to determine where the stock may encounter trouble....I could go on and on, but I have to get back to my real job....Regards, Mark
