The difference is that my employer pays for it. It's all part of the benefits package that is used to attract top quality talent. There is no difference in how insurance works...and just like anyone else, I would welcome improvements in the law...unfortunately republicans have made that impossible... You're still thinking like all of this will only cost you an extra $4.50/month. Same old same old, you don't know where the hidden costs are because you don't give a damn. Maybe I just don't obsess about my money as much as you do....or maybe I am able to empathize more than you can... Al
