I think Walker's previous anti-immigration position reflects how he really feels about that issue. His new position is his adjustment to align with the Bush and centrist/business/moderate//RINO position, to qualify him as a 'serious' candidate, not an extremist Tea Party yahoo, worthy of the billionaire money from the real string pullers of the GOP, before Bush corners it all. I think he sees Bush as his real competitor.
