Bought shares in HOTR after exhausting research on Friday. Just starting the growth phase of business in several restaurant chains they own. Stock should double in 12 months time. Company owns 13 Hooters and is expanding internationally. Recent rights offering netted 12 million for expansion without adding too many shares.
