If you believe that the dream of converged telco and data networks is really just around the corner, than Cabletron is very well positioned. Again, how far around the corner becomes the big question. I happen to believe the next three years will see big moves in this regard. We are certainly starting to see the beginnings of it in the finacial sector where I work. Major institutions are starting to go this route. Again these would be typical of the fortune 1000 type customers where Cabletron is very well entrenched. If you are long term investor and can ignore the noise, I think Cabletron will treat you well over the next three years. Good Luck
