FAM: Value trap at worse. At the end of September 30, 2013, FAM had $1.6 million more in Liabilities than Assets. One year later, after more than one quarter of record profits, the Liabilities are around $3 million more than Assets. The year ending December 31, 2012, the Liabilities and Assets were basically the same amount. I'm just stating facts.

This is the type of stock your mother warned you about: neg. shareholde equity, no cash, $8 milllion in debt @12% interest....
