Actually, I'd blame the board for the ruin of HP which started with hiring her. She was the result of rot that started years before she was hired where AA was more important than hiring or promoting the most qualified for a position. Other than that, you are correct.
And she thinks (with that track record) she should be President of the USA?

Her ego seems to exceed her accomplishments yet she hasn't figured it out yet...

btw, someday people won't pay 60% margins for Apple products and it could suffer the same fate as HP once others started competing with the printer and ink business. Remember, HPQ combined with Compaq to make barely profitable PCs and laptops that they often bundled with printers to lock in recurring, super high margin revenue... you know $30 for a few ML of ink... Right now, Apple is similar to HP when they owned the printer business and could do no wrong before there was serious competition.

Anyway, Fiorina spun off Agilent which spun off Avago and Keysight... and all three have done really well... so what she did was not all bad. The shell of HPQ is the dying printer and PC business... The original HP DNA is mostly at Avago and Keysight now as Agilent is biotech which was a fairly recent development... and Verigy, spun off from Agilent, was bought out for a nice gain too.
