There is already federal law on the books with the same effect. He stepped in it for no good reason.


Pretty good...but republicans in IN went further by including protection for profit businesses and did it in 2015...the fed law was enacted in 1993..."the times are a-changing"...

Unforced error? Hardly...they did it very deliberately.
