The chances of me getting Ebola are roughly the same as the chances I'll get pregnant. Preposterous of course...but let's play and see how the uninsured ghetto dweller or the rural america clinic patient fares when he/she shows up at the door with a case of Ebola...my guess is that by the time the doc makes a diagnosis the patient is dead and his entire office is infected.
