Al, your very graph only shows a difference between two estimates.

There IS no "surplus" here. ObamaCare represents bigger government, not less government. Higher taxes are what's covering the cost, and even then, not all of the costs are covered.

Premiums are going UP because of the extra mandates. People now either have to pay for more insurance than they would have chosen if left to their own devices, or they have to pay an ObamaCare penalty.

You really don't get it because you refuse to see where the costs have gone: They have gone toward higher deductibles, co-payments, and out-of-pocket expenses.

Of course the government won't count any of that as part of the cost of ObamaCare. Neither will you, because all you do is regurgitate what government officials tell you.
