The old deal had a clause where Orbite had to approve who got in, that was removed in the new term sheet.
Sorry I couldn't copy and paste it here, it is located in the "other' category, English version 2nd one down.

See what happens when you try to do right by the existing shareholders? The big boys decided to teach Orbite a lesson with the added benefit of making the deal even sweeter for themselves and much worse for the existing shareholders.
