Evrim Resources (EVM-V) April 1st 2015 announces it has arranged a non-brokered private placement with Cranberry Capital Inc., a company controlled by Evrim's Chairman Mr. Paul van Eeden for 4,000,000 shares at $0.15 per share for gross proceeds of $600,000. The shares will be subject to a four month hold from the date of closing under Canadian Securities Law.
Proceeds from the private placement will be used for exploration and working capital purposes.
The foregoing is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
