Hmmm. Only real difference I can see in quickly comparing the PR versions is that the price in the current offering was $0.325 instead of the $0.386 price in the prior offering. Both were for the same amounts... so the delay mostly seems it earned Euro Pacific a deal in more shares for the same money, with $0.06 per share in a market discount or bonus based on the timing.

SEDAR let me look at one document and then quit working... so I haven't been able to poke around in the actual filings...

Both were Euro Pacific...

I tend to think of Peter Schiff as one of the few "good" guys in the market, at least a guy whose public opinions on the big picture are more worth listening too than most others... certainly don't find it a negative that he's weighing in on seeing the "value" and "potential"... but, then, generally agreeing with his opinions on the big picture... is a vastly different thing than sitting on the other side of the table doing a deal when you're borrowing money from him.

As far as being a Selachimorph ? I'd say that at least he seem's the pelagic type rather than a bottom feeder.

How far will the $8.5 face amount get them ? And, what will the price per share be for the next round... and how far will that get them... and, at what point does the value added in the progress made with the funding they have begin to outweigh the slope on the curve in the vortex generated in the financings ?
