I always thought the same. CUU did not just make a port reservation, a power slot and pay for all those land claims with no reason or thought. The thought part was Teck. My opinion is Teck asked them to do this so it was below board. If this is not right, then it was even more cash down the sewer and I am even dumber than my CUU investment...
